holy sheet people are being let go left, right and center at the office. each day i come in expecting to get laid off. scary times here. i have my 3 month check-in meeting with the hr department lady on monday. AHHH please do not fire me!! it's like a game of spin the bottle except when it lands on you, instead of getting a sexy kiss, you get HERPES and a severe case of depression.

this week at work we had a christmas dinner party with editorial and production, then a christmas party with the whole publishing company, then a breakfast party with a reggae band playing christmas tunes for the whole building and today we have our christmas editorial staff lunch. soooo much free food and booze.
